Refund Policy - This document discloses the refund policy practices of TilYearEnd LLC company relating to the website (tilyearend.org) and to the products and services that we provide. Below are list of steps that TilYearEnd LLC company follows to protect and prevent customers from worrying about refunds of money they paid for product services.


Policy On Refund - TilYearEnd LLC does not give refund to customer because, customer will not be charged for products / services until customer approved and show satisfaction regarding the product that was requested for. Customer should follow the list items below one by one to see how this work.

  1. Once the request is submitted, the building of the product will start. Customer will be able to follow the status of this request by login in to their account and checking the Request Status updates or through the Product Request Status button on the "Help" menu item.

  2. On completion of the product(s) building, Customer will be asked to "PREVIEW" the project. This step is very important in the process of "REFUND POLICY".

  3. No charges will take place until the completion of the product(s) requested for. Customer is given the chance to preview the product(s) and "APPROVED" or "DISAPPROVED" for the continuation of the project. If "DISAPPROVED", customer will NOT be charged for the product and the product will be "Cancelled". On the other hand, if "APPROVED", then customer will be charged for the product(s). By these process steps, TilYearEnd LLC will NOT refund payment back to the customer on this request product(s).

  4. There may be some situations that may warrant refunds back to customer, this may be due to some unforeseen events caused by TilYearEnd LLC company, and if that is the case, TilYearEnd LLC will gladly refund money back to the customer involved.



In Conclusion - This online refund policy applies only to our website. This is our policy regarding refunds.
