- This document provides information about security policies that we follow here at TilYearEnd LLC.
Our company specializes in producing gallery products relating to photos and video images for
customers, and from customers to the public. Our aim is to be able to provide these services to our
customers in a secure and safe manner. In this respect, this policy applies to both our company,
TilYearEnd LLC and its employees, and also to our customers in general. We will be focusing on the
security policies that relates directly to our customers and TilYearEnd LLC Online System in specific.
TilYearEnd LLC Company
- We take precautions to protect your information. We implemented varieties of security measures to maintain
the safety of your personal information when submitting data via the website. Whenever we collect sensitive
information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way.
Customers
- As a result, we expect customers to comply with the security steps as listed on the Terms and Conditions
documentation item number 4 (four). Please review this document as disclosed on the "Policies" menu item above.
Staff of TilYearEnd LLC
- There are steps, rules and regulation setup for all employees and contractors of TilYearEnd LLC to follow regarding how
to handle customers information when processing their requests. These rules must be followed as described in the regulation setup
in order to comply with the law of handling customer's sensitive information. All staff members of TilYearEnd LLC must go through
a yearly security training in other to refresh and understand the importance of the policy.
Enforcement and Auditing
- Throughout the process of requesting for services by the customer and the building of the project, through to completion
which includes going "LIVE", processes are in place that check each steps for conformity to the security policy.
Auditing is a process of determining whether policies are being followed, in this regard, we do audit the whole processing
steps frequently.
