What Is View Code

View Code is an identification code that points to a valid product request item. This code is the only key that can be used to run a particular product/request item it points to. It is generated for customer product at the end of each product approval period.

This code is the one that will be given to friends and family so as for them to be able to view customer products. This happen when the product is marked as "PRIVATE VIEWING" by the customer during service request setup.

Customers can also elect to mark their products as "PUBLIC VIEWING". This means they can elect or not elect to give their view code out to anybody. In this case, the ViewCode will be search for from the lists of public viewCode items on the search list in other to view the product.

Once you have a viewCode of an item, you can either type it into the "Enter View Code" box on the middle section of the main page, or on the upper right text section of the search box on the same main page.

Other ways view codes can be used relates to accessing project(s) through an invitation processes. This is when a Host (Customer Host) of project(s), invites a Guest (Customer Guest) to participate in viewing his/her project(s). Through invitation, "Guest" do have access to all "Host" private projects as well.
